Awkwafina

After which she moved to Hollywood she came out with several rap tracks. Nora Lum was born to Chinese-Korean immigrants in Forest Hills Queens. Her first encounter with music was from the trumpet. Jazz, classical and hip-hop studies began when she grew up. At college, she was studying Women's Studies and Journalism. It was also during this time that she spent an hour studying Mandarin while in Beijing. When she graduated, she started to concentrate on music. Her hit song My Vag, a response track to Mickey Avalon's My Dick gained viral popularity through the Internet during 2012. It would later be included in her album Yellow Ranger released in 2014. The latter track connected directly into another venture Awkwafina's NYC A travel guide that was released in the year 2015. The singer decided to pursue acting careers following the completion of her previous two endeavors, author and musician. Alongside early series such as Girl Code, Tawk and Bad Rap she also appeared in movies such as Neighbors in Storks. The actress made headlines during the year 2018, appearing in a handful of high profile films, including Dude Ocean's 8, as well as Crazy Rich Asians.
